binbee is a free local-interest email newsletter covering events, things to do, and community goings-on across Mid Sussex. We send one personalised email per week to subscribers.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a UK resident to use this service. By signing up, you confirm you have the authority to provide the email address used.

3. Free Service

binbee is provided free of charge. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Accuracy of Information

We gather event and local information from public listings, councils, community groups and third-party sources. While we aim for accuracy, details may change without notice. Always double-check timings with the organiser before travelling. binbee is not responsible for cancelled or changed events.

5. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide an accurate postcode and email address
  • Keep your email address up to date
  • Verify event details with organisers before attending
  • Not use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Service Availability

We aim to send the newsletter reliably each week but cannot guarantee 100% uptime or delivery. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for any missed or delayed newsletters.

7. Messaging

By signing up, you consent to receive the weekly newsletter and occasional transactional emails (e.g. sign-in magic links) at the email address you provide. Typical frequency is one newsletter per week.
